Musthak is the Principal Solicitor and a Director at IHRC Legal, with over 15 years of experience in immigration and human rights law. Having helped found IHRC Legal, Musthak has been instrumental in providing expert legal counsel and leading the firm’s legal initiatives. His previous roles include serving as a Legal Consultant at the National Zakat Foundation and as a Solicitor at the Tower Hamlets Law Centre and Refugee and Migrant Forum of Essex & London (RAMFEL). Musthak’s extensive legal background is rooted in his commitment to supporting vulnerable communities.
Abed is one of the Directors of IHRC Legal, with expertise in immigration and human rights law. With over a decade of advocacy experience, he has championed numerous causes, fighting discrimination and securing justice for marginalised communities. Abed leads IHRC Legal’s pro-bono legal initiatives and has made representations on human rights violations at international forums such as the EU, UN, and International Criminal Court. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to justice, combining legal expertise with a passion for human rights advocacy.
